Satellite Intelligence Platform

Nimbus Earth is a satellite intelligence platform built to serve those who manage the land, water, and forest — delivering decision-grade intelligence from open Copernicus satellite data across multiple sectors. OPAL is the live agricultural module: crop health, soil moisture, pasture intelligence, and irrigation scheduling, from a single field to a whole estate, even offline. PEARL (aquaculture intelligence) and a Forestry module are in active development — applying the same satellite infrastructure to fish farming, shellfish production, and managed woodland.

    Spectral Health & Soil Indices

    NDVI, NDRE, NDMI, EVI, NDWI, BSI per field — with a 12-month cloud-masked history and per-acquisition quality badges. Radar-derived soil moisture from Sentinel-1 sees through cloud cover.

    FAO-56 Irrigation Scheduling

    Water-balance scheduling from crop coefficient × evapotranspiration − rainfall. Output: "irrigate X mm in Y days." Soil-aware, with structured records for method, fertigation, and flow-rate calculation.

    Pasture & Grazing Intelligence

    Standing biomass (kg DM/ha), forage budget, grazing-day estimates, and a two-signal overgrazing alert that distinguishes herd pressure from regional drought.

    Terrain-Aware Soil Analysis

    Nine polygon-masked overlay layers per field — elevation, slope, topographic wetness, drainage risk, salinity risk, and a composite Soil Stability Index. Tap any point to inspect the value at that location.

NIMBUS EARTH ROADMAP

OPAL is live and deepening — ongoing calibration, expanded crop coverage, and Arabic language support ship continuously. PEARL and Forestry are in active development, applying the same Copernicus infrastructure to aquaculture and managed woodland.
