OPAL does not claim to know the farm better than the person managing it. It gives that person another layer of evidence: earlier warnings, clearer field comparisons, better records, and a wider view of what is changing.

The system is being built and tested in demanding environments where water, heat, labour, and timing all matter. That is deliberate. If the tool is useful there, it has a better chance of being useful elsewhere.
